What to expect?

A small group training session that last 45 minutes. The class cycles through multiple exercises in order to work out your whole body and has a focus on TRX. Come and feel the burn!

What is TRX?

TRX uses body weight exercises combined with special straps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

$20/class

When are classes?

Monday & Wednesday 6:15pm-7:00pm

Tuesday & Friday 10:15-11:00am
