Class Descriptions

Cardio & Condition:

Cycle & Core: Get ready pedal. This class is a great cardio class that also includes exercises to help engage your core.

Meditative Yoga Flow: Provides a balance of stretching and strengthening for the body. This class uses longer holds in postures with a focus on deep breathing to create an internal experience. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation will be used to deepen the practice. Some experience with yoga is helpful but NOT required.

Pump & Sculpt: light weights with high reps

Pump, Sculpt, & Sweat: light weights with high reps and cardio

Step Interval:

Gentle Stretch & Flow: Yoga for all levels!

Yoga Basics: A class for anyone and everyone!

Yoga Sculpt:

Zumba: Do you enjoy salsa, merengue and rumba? Spice up your work out and dance your way to fitness with a Zumba class. Zumba is a unique combination of international and Latin dance moves and music that creates an exciting fitness system that is healthy and fun!
