We challenge you to our 12 days of Fitmas. During the holiday season, many things compete for our attention. Often our health (physical & mental) gets put on the back burner. Our hope is that this challenge will help you stay healthy. Don’t forget to tag us as you document the challenge!

Day 8 of Fitmas: Take time to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea (or hot chocolate or coffee)
