I try to offer classes to women of all fitness levels and ages. By teaching in this manner, my goal is that no one will feel discouraged from participating in any of my classes. The keys to my teaching style include teaching with energy, encouraging words and a smile.
Why I enjoy Teaching Group Exercise
Group exercise not only allows me the opportunity to teach and motivate others toward a healthier lifestyle, it is also therapeutic for me. Teaching allows me to release and sweat out the stress of my day.
Words of Wisdom
Never tell yourself that you can’t do something. We should welcome the chance to engage in an activity like exercising to give back to yourself. Try to choose whatever type of exercise makes you happy. Remember to put into your workout whatever you expect to get out of it.
