SereniTEA Yoga... Creating Calm for Body, Mind & Spirit 

Event is held last Friday of each month (see below for 2008 schedule)
6pm - 7:30pm

Join yoga teacher and life coach Tra Kirkpatrick for an evening of nurturing the body and mind:

  • Breathing techniques that promote emotional balance and well-being
  • Gentle postures and stretching that soothe the body and quiet the mind
  • Guided meditations that reduce stress and inspire inner peace

Stay after class for a relaxing cup of hot tea and friendly conversation!

All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary! Just bring yourself and a willingess to unwind. Yoga mats and tea provided.
